Hi, I am Karim Benharrak!
I’m a Ph.D. Student in the Department of Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin. I design, develop, and evaluate interactive systems to explore the collaborative potential of Human-AI interaction in creative workflows. At UT, I am advised by Amy Pavel.
I received my B.Sc. in Computer Science at University of Bayreuth where I studied “AI for better UIs” and “better UIs for AI” together with Daniel Buschek as part of the Research Group on HCI + AI.
I was also a visiting researcher at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University where I was working on my bachelor’s thesis advised by David Lindlbauer and Dominik Moritz.
